The molds have been cast in plaster and Amy mark II looks amazing! A perfect white sleeping beauty! I'm amazed by the detail in the face, every pore and detail has been resolved by the alginate.
Over the next week or so the mold will be cleaned and smoothed by hand, with the ears and other details re-constructed and the seams covered. Then a second fibre-glass master mold will be made from which my real photographic work will begin to take shape... Ill keep you posted, check out the previous post
